Q1: What shipping methods do you provide?
A: Express, sea freight, air cargo, land transportation, postal etc If customers have their own freight companies, we can work with them. If customers don’t have their own freight company, we can help them find the freight company we have been cooperating with. Freight is always changing. Please refer to the latest quotation for specific freight.
Q2: What kind of trade terms do you support?
A: We support multiple trading methods, such as
EXW: EX works ( named place)
FCA: Free carrier
FAS: Free alongside ship
FOB: Free on board
CIF: Cost and freight
CPT: Carriage paid to… ( …named place of destination )
DAP: Delivered at place
Q3: Which currencies do you support for payment?
A: For better cooperation, we not only support the international currency, but also the local currencies of some countries. Such as USD, CNY, EUR, HKD, AUD etc, We not only have a local foreign exchange receiving account in China, but also Hong Kong receiving account. Note: Please check with our staff before making the payment.
Q4: Do you provide samples?
A: In order to customers know more about our products, we can provide samples, and small samples are free.
Q5: What is your MOQ?
A: Generally, for CC material, the MOQ is 3-5 tons each size, for DC material, the MOQ is 6-8 tons each size, and for Pharmaceutical Packing Foil, the MOQ is 1ton each size.
Q6: What is your delivery time?
A: Normally 20-35 days, and it really depends on the specification.
Q7: Do you have stock products to sell?
A: No, because each customer has different request and logo design. We just produce the aluminum products by customer’s requirements.
